We got a room on the 17th floor with a view of Diamond Head - housekeeping staff was friendly - the hotel had an excellent location in Waikiki and all major attractions were a short walk away
The bed was very comfy and we had a nice refreshing sleep - the staff was always polite and courteous to us - the pool was nice and usually not overcrowded
Location and views were absolutely awesome - the valet was quick and consistent - the international market was just a 5-8 minute walk away - the room was small, but adequate
The food at Lulu's was great and reasonably priced - the hotel far exceeded our expectations - the property was a little dated but clean and tidy - there were ABC convenience stores on every corner - the room had everything we needed
The sheets were fine - the hotel was right next to the beach and close to many restaurants and shops - the hotel lobby was open and fairly inviting - the bath was tiny but the shower was nice sized and great - the street noise wasn't a problem at all
The valet attendants were friendly - the room was suitably furnished and big enough for our needs - the bathroom was a little small, but fine and definitely clean - the air conditioning worked great (more…)

Stayed here recently - the room was kept clean - it was close to shopping center and grocery store - the staff were very helpful - the price was good and very affordable

This hotel was conveniently located across the street from the beach - enjoyed the ocean breeze and views of Diamond Head from my balcony - the quality and selection of their breakfast was wonderful - very comfortable - satisfying stay here
Check-in was quick with no queue - from the balcony of the room, we can saw the wonderful view of Waikiki Beach - the room was clean and comfortable - bathrooms was a bit outdated but there was a new flat screen TV - the location was great with shopping and restaurants
My check-in was efficient, quick and very professional - the room was more than adequate, and had a mini fridge - everyone from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff was gracious and very helpful
Right across the street from the beach, two blocks from the International Market, very convenient - restaurant food was excellent - room was great - had a wonderful hotel experience

I was quite pleased with this hotel - bright and big rooms - wired internet was free in the rooms - standard amenities - a pool and fitness center - I took my pet with me - convenience store in lobby - the restaurant was not open daily

It was a Westin brand property - the most comfy beds - located amongst the most central location of Waikiki - everything was perfect at the tower room
It felt like home - hotel's porch with great view - this was one classy piece of real estate - sitting on the chair on the beach had to be paid - elegant old-world Hawaii - dining area with historic Banyan tree - upper quiet lounge with steamer chairs - the hotel was highly recommended
